Property Rental Arrears
Rental arrears are a big concern for many landlords and property owners and can lead to greater problems in the future when not resolved right away. The sooner arrears are identified and actively managed, the more satisfactorily the situation can be resolved. We monitor arrears on a daily basis and should rental repayments fall in arrears we act immediately.
If a tenant is unable to pay the rent due to unexpected circumstances we will inform the landlord right away and negotiate a repayment plan to keep up with the payment for rent. We keep the landlord informed about any plans and update them from time to time.
